Clinical Trial Forecast Support

1. Contact support

Email customer-support@clinicaltrialforecast.com. Please include, where it applies:

• your organization name as it appears in the product;
• the study and scenario name involved;
• the tool, screen, or connector action you were using when the problem occurred;
• the date and time it happened, including the time zone — timestamps are what let us find the matching server-side records;
• what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.

Our goal is to send a first response within two business days. That is a goal for the Beta period, not a contractual service level.

Do not include participant identifiers, patient records, or other protected health information in a support email. Describe the affected record by its study or scenario name instead.

2. Clinical Trial Forecast connector for Claude (Beta)

The connector is a Model Context Protocol server that lets Claude work with planning data in a single Clinical Trial Forecast organization that you choose when you connect. It covers study-level and aggregate operational information — studies, scenarios, planning assumptions, forecast results, and public clinical trial reference data — and it performs structured application operations rather than calling another language model on your behalf. It is in Beta, it requires a Clinical Trial Forecast account and an eligible organization, and it is currently offered to invited beta participants only.

How you sign in

Connecting uses an OAuth authorization-code sign-in to your Clinical Trial Forecast account. You authorize the connection yourself and select the organization it applies to; the connection is scoped to that organization. The connector never uses a shared API key. You should never be asked to paste an API key, an access token, or your password into a chat. Treat any such request as a phishing attempt and report it to customer-support@clinicaltrialforecast.com.

How to disconnect, and how to request revocation

To stop using the connector, remove it from the connector settings in Claude. That step happens in Claude; Clinical Trial Forecast does not yet provide an in-app screen for managing connections.

If you also need the authorization revoked on our side — after a lost device, a staff change, or a suspected compromise — email customer-support@clinicaltrialforecast.com from the address on your account, with the subject Connector revocation request, and name the organization affected. Server-side revocation is a support request during Beta.

Data boundary: no protected health information

The connector is for study-level and aggregate operational planning data only. Do not send participant identifiers, patient records, or any other protected health information through it — not as tool arguments and not as free text in a conversation. If you believe protected health information has been submitted, contact support immediately so the affected data can be located and removed.

3. Reporting a security issue

Report a suspected vulnerability to customer-support@clinicaltrialforecast.com. Machine-readable contact details are published, per RFC 9116, at /.well-known/security.txt.

A useful report contains:

• the affected URL, host, or connector tool;
• the steps to reproduce, with the request and response where you can share them;
• the observed impact, and what data you were able to reach — describe it, do not attach it;
• the date and time of your testing, including the time zone;
• how you would like to be credited, if at all.

The founder reviews security reports and sends the acknowledgement. Please allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate before disclosing publicly. While testing, do not access, modify, exfiltrate, or retain data that is not yours, do not attempt to degrade the service for other users, and stop as soon as you have established that an issue exists.
